Fred, actually listened and let me explain my situation and took all the information and showed us what he could help us with. The very first car we test drove, WAS A WINNER! Fred, actually did what he said he was going to do. Fred, and the owner, both were very respectful and straight forward in helping us. The quality of cars on the lot, is unmatched anywhere else we have been. Once my financial situation is fixed, we plan on buying another car from Fred. I bought a VW Jetta in March of 2011, I was in a situation where I needed a car in 3 days so I could work. Randy was my salesman. A WEEK after I got the car, I went to get the oil checked after th situation where I needed a car in 3 days so I could work. Randy was my salesman. A WEEK after I got the car, I went to get the oil checked after the oil light went on, the place I took it said there was less than ONE QUART of oil in in and I was lucky I brought it in when I did. A MONTH later, the A/C in the car stopped working, and all four brake pads need to be replaced. (I have had the car exactly two months now) I have called and spoken with Randy a number of times and he maintains that basically, "oops, that was a consignment car, we had no details about the car". This car is now going to cost me almost $1000 to repair. The reason I bought this car to begin with is because it was reasonably priced. These guys are scammers! They should be ashamed of the way they do business! Shady. More

In December of 2010 I purchased an Infiniti I-30 from Trucks & Imports in Mesa az.One week after i bought my car my engine light came on.After taking it to an Infiniti dealer for diagnosis I was told I n Trucks & Imports in Mesa az.One week after i bought my car my engine light came on.After taking it to an Infiniti dealer for diagnosis I was told I needed catalytic converters and the repairs were going to exceed $1500.00.I called Trucks and Imports back a couple of times because they kept telling me they would call me back but never did.(TYPICAL).After a couple weeks of phone tag i stopped in and caught the owner on his way out,naturally he said he didn't have time to talk to me and had already told me he wasn't willing to do anything for me,but I had never talked to him before this day.It's very obvious to me that these "fine" folks don't care about their customers like they claim.They definitely got one over on me and I strongly recommend you shop somewhere else so something like this doesn't happen to you! More
