This dealership is a gross and scammy place. Do not trust the salesman, he tried to sell my wife a Volvo and when I went to pick it up I found tons of big issues with it that were no disclosed. Do not trust the salesman, he tried to sell my wife a Volvo and when I went to pick it up I found tons of big issues with it that were no disclosed. The car was disgusting, like kids had just been in a road trip in it and the fenders were falling off. Scott was full of excuses, and Merrimack has made us question volvo as a whole if they are willing to represented by places like that. More
Fantastic customer service AND reasonable rates! Love these folks - they are truly the best. When I bought my first Volvo I anticipated outrageous repair expenses and maintenance expenses. Manchester Volvo has been great - exceptionally reasonable and unlike any dealership I have ever dealt with. Kudos to the Service department! More

30 years for great service Merrimack Street Volo is incredible. My parents have been buying and servicing their cars at MSG for over 30 years without complaints. I have purch Merrimack Street Volo is incredible. My parents have been buying and servicing their cars at MSG for over 30 years without complaints. I have purchased both new and used cars from MSG and have always been treaded fair and without high pressure that tends to happen at other dealers. Service has always been great answering questions and providing estimate “Before” doing work. Using 100 percent Volvo parts is never going to be as cheap as buying lowest price Chinese brand online and yes, old saying is true, you get what you pay for. No one likes paying for service and some people will never be satisfied unless it’s free. A dealership that provides bad service and sales doesn’t last long. MSG has been family owned and operated for over 100 years, no one can argue they aren’t doing something right. Thanks MSG for treating my family like family. R. Willett. More
Shafted over in the service department I was sent to a volvo repair shop by my longtime mechanic because he didn't have the tools to replace the rear brakes on my xc70 wagon. On the way do I was sent to a volvo repair shop by my longtime mechanic because he didn't have the tools to replace the rear brakes on my xc70 wagon. On the way down to Merrimack Street volvo my check engine light came on. So when they were changing my brakes ($600.00 worth of work I found out afterwards) they charged me another $150.00 to assess my 'check engine light' (a five minute job). When I complained about the costs I was told to essentially 'pound sand'. My usual mechanic also call into the service department to see if he could help me out and was told to mind his own business. This is the second time this dealership has overcharged me and UNDERWHELMED me! Shame on me for not remembering the first occasion. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. More
Amazing Service I Drive 50 Miles For I have purchased 4 Volvos and all of them from this dealership. I also do all my maintenance with this dealership. My 2007 XC90 has over 185k miles I have purchased 4 Volvos and all of them from this dealership. I also do all my maintenance with this dealership. My 2007 XC90 has over 185k miles and runs like a charm thanks to the amazing job that is done at this dealership. I moved out of NH in 2012 and last year took my car into a local Boston area dealer for a light on in my car. The service advisor made a comment about not worth putting money into my car. I knew immediately this was not the place to take my car and immediately returned to Manchester and Tom and his team at Merrimack Street Volvo. The waiting area has snacks, wifi, hot tea and coffee and is walking distance to some great restaurants for lunch. If you need a new car, used car or a repair stop by and visit you won't be disappointed. More

When I am ready for a new car i will purchase and service it here if I am still in the New England area. More
Excellent sales experience I looked for months for a "third car" for our family to use as a commuter and general around-town car. I was looking for something relatively cheap b I looked for months for a "third car" for our family to use as a commuter and general around-town car. I was looking for something relatively cheap but in decent condition. Most places that sell inexpensive cars make sure you know that you're cheap and therefore inferior to other customers. Most "cheap" used cars are in terrible shape or have numerous problems. Tom and Merrimack Street Garage were the exact opposite - the car was cheap but the sales experience was first class. I got a very fair deal on a really nice used car. They made sure the car was 100% before I picked it up. I wish I had gone here first, I would have saved myself two months of aggravation. More
VERY POOR Customer Service This summer I was in route to deliver some things to a friend in Massachusetts when the spring in my car broke. I called two dealerships in this area This summer I was in route to deliver some things to a friend in Massachusetts when the spring in my car broke. I called two dealerships in this area to find out how much it would cost to replace the spring. When I first called Merrimack St., Volvo, I told the service man that I was shopping for the best price. He asked me how much Nashua said it would cost and I told him they said $650. He then told me it would cost me $600 at Merrimack St., Volvo. When I asked him if that was a firm price, he said yes. Just to be sure I asked him if that was the final price including everything, he said yes. When it came time to pick up my car he charged me $750 and then when I reminded him that he had told me it would cost $600 he started berating me and yelling at me, scolding me for having so much ”xxxx” in the back of my car and it took them a long time to pull it out. I had asked him to do an alignment, which I knew would cost extra but he never did the alignment, saying he didn’t have time because there was too much xxxx in the back of my car. He had my car for four days. Granted I had a few pieces of furniture and two boxes which took me less than one minute to pull out of my car. All of it except for a child’s desk fit into the backseat. I reminded him that he had told me $600 was a firm price. He said he never told me it was a firm price, which was a boldfaced lie. He screwed up the charges on my credit card and had to redo it and when I finally got my car after four full days they hadn’t even bothered to wash it. When I left the shop and pulled onto the highway, my car started shaking like it never had before. I called the service center and that very mean man answered the phone. I told him my car was shaking like crazy and he started swearing at me, berated me some more and then hung up the phone on me. I am certain that if I were a man, he would have treated me differently. I wound up bringing my car to the Nashua Volvo where they did an alignment as well as clean the car. I called the general manager of Merrimack St., Volvo dealership to complain about the man in the service center and he said, “I’ll talk to him and I’m sorry you’ll never be back here again.” He didn’t offer to refund any of the $150, which the service man charged for basically having to move a few things out of the back of my car. I would never recommend Merrimack St., Volvo to anyone and would highly recommend, whether it’s for the purchase of a car or for service, the Lovering Volvo in Nashua. More

My family has always purchased their Volvos from this dealership and I know why Came over to Merrimack Street after getting lied to by Lovering Volvo. My family has always purchased their Volvos from this dealership and I know why. Tom was very straight forward about everything and was able to help pick out a used Volvo that worked for me and made the payments work in the terms I wanted. I look forward to driving this Volvo into 200K+ Miles. More
