Been there many times. Mostly Satisfactory. Several times have had problems with their diagnostics. Had I no background in auto mechanics I might have had work done that wa Mostly Satisfactory. Not necessarily by intent, possibly lack of knowledge. Not sure how or if there is supervision of mechanics and service managers & advisors abilities. Why should I be the one to notice or suspect the problems. They should know their stuff and not play the we're sorry game. It would have cost me several hundred dollars more over the final $37.00 bill I paid had I listened to them. NOTE: this location is not the only service location that suffers from these problems. You have to be alert to what's happening. Patrons that have no knowledge of mechanics may be just rolling the dice. I will add that the service people are always polite and try to expedite the waiting time if possible. More

First of all, they changed the final price they gave, the loan interest rate and all the payments after we reached the final stage. So everything they said was a lie. They called on 3 different days to get the car, but when I came, they couldn't prepare the car and i lost time. I couldn't afford to decrease my credit score because I bought a car with a loan and I had to accept the prices they changed. If you risk wasting time and money with false statements, you can buy a car here. I hope the car doesn't break and I don't have to deal with them anymore. More

My warranty was up on the 14th which was a Sunday I only have 24k miles on the lease.
