I debated posting this but decided people need to know and not have their time wasted like I did. Last night I went in to buy a new challenger, I walked out when I was told I would need to pay 50k OVER st and not have their time wasted like I did. If they would have told me that over the phone or via email (in the multiple exchanges) it would have saved me my time. But instead I was baited in so they could tell me the dealer add on in person. Don’t buy your car here or use their service department. It is pitiful how they treat people and will quote you one price and charge another. I purchased a lifetime warranty on my 2012 Ram 1500 from Merrick Dodge . I called in February for a appointment for a leaking brake line, was not able to get on until March 7th. I dropped off vehicle at 8am Merrick Dodge . I called in February for a appointment for a leaking brake line, was not able to get on until March 7th. I dropped off vehicle at 8am on that date . On march 24th they finally authorized repairs. I was then told that parts would not be in until May 8th. I called on 5/11 and was told that it would be ready that week. I called on Friday the 13th and was told it would be ready sometime on Monday the 15th. I called Monday afternoon and left a message no one returned my call. I called on Tuesday the 16th and was now told that it would be done no later then Wednesday the 17th , I called on the 17th and was told that they were waiting for a part and had no idea when it would be done. My vehicle has been at Merrick Dodge for almost a month and I am no closer to getting it back then when when I dropped it off on March 7th. looking over other warranty work done there they have had my truck sitting and waiting for repairs for over a MONTH. Merrick Dodge dealership has got to be one of the worst in New York. How they stay in business is beyond me . AVOID IT. . More

Heard nothing from them so I called on the 13th was told it would definitely be ready sometime on Monday the 15th. I called on the 15th and left a message no one returned call. I called on the 16th. and was told the 17th. called on the 17th. and told they were waiting for a part and don't know when it would be done. I filed a complaint with the B.B.B. on the 19th and on the 22th a manager called to state he is personally handling this the truck would be ready Tuesday the 22th never heard from him again called on the 23th told tomorrow. Called on the 24th told tomorrow today is Thursday the 25th called around 12:30 told they are test driving it and would call me in less they a hour. It is now 2:35 still no word. Vehicle has been there for almost 3 months and I have no idea when I will get back. This must be one of the worst dealerships in the state! More
