Called for service appointment for a problem covered under warranty for my 2013 ram. When I asked for a loaner car was told they're backed up until february 2014 if a loaner car is needed. Submitted complaint to Chrysler G Have a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 2014. I'm having an issue with steering wheel vibration when driving over 65mph. Submitted complaint to Chrysler Group. They called me and advised to visit this dealership for service. Scheduled appointment, came on time at 9:30am. The moment i walked in nobody even said hello, except one girl who is answering phones and doing administrative work. Service adviser Anthony and other gentlemen were very unfriendly. I came up to Anthony and asked him what should i do now. He told me to wait so one of their mechanics can go for a road test with me to replicate the problem with steering wheel vibration. From then on i was just standing there in front of them for 40 minutes! During this time nobody said to me what is happening, or how much longer i should wait, or even just to say we are sorry for the wait. Instead during this time, while i was just standing there, they had their breakfast (the whole shop just stopped working), then they ate in front of me, and again all this time for 40 minutes i'm standing there and waiting. This kind of " SERVICE " is beyond any normal rules of how business should treat it's customers! I have never, ever experienced such horrible service and attitude towards customers anywhere! At 10:15am service adviser mumbled that mechanic is on it's way now (while mumbling didn't even look my way). Mechanic didn't come to me, didn't greet, just went straight to my car. From the moment mechanic got into car he without permission just removed all protective covers from steering wheel. During road test with a very nasty attitude he just kept denying that there is any problem, even when i saw from passenger seat that steering wheel was vibrating and pointed out this to him. We came back to the dealership and he walked me up to the service manager Keith. Also no HELLO, HOW ARE YOU? nothing! Mechanic suggested to me and to service manager that maybe they should give one the same cars they have to drive, so i can compare if it's just my problem or its general issue with all Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014. He said the no, they don't have any cars to give for a test drive (This is Jeep, Doge Dealership). I asked how can it be? Don't they give cars for a test drive to potential customers? He said nope. So i asked what else can they do to try to diagnose the problem. He said nothing. Mechanic said there isn't anything abnormal, so nothing else can be done. Then i suggested maybe they can try to check wheel balancing and alignment? He said also nope, no need for that, mechanic said there isn't any problem. This is really unbelievable service! So if i am, a customer and owner of new Jeep saying that i am experience problem with car, it don't matter to them. Honestly i'm outraged with this kind of service. Someone needs to be help accountable for such terrible behavior of employees at this place, and they way they treat customers. After this i spoke to Chrysler representative and they told me to take car to any 3rd party service to do wheel balancing and alignment. I did that, and turned out that all wheels where not balanced correctly, and alignment was also incorrect! I hope this helps other people who are thinking of buying Jeep or Dodge. Please keep in mind that not only you may get stuck with not so great car, but you'll have even worse service and customer service experience! I've had for many years Mercedes, Audi, Nissan and Acura, and NEVER experienced anything even close to this. More
This dealer is a ripoff.... brought it in for a sometimes no start which we figured was the starter . Not that long ago the ignition module was replaced as a recall. The ignition would stick in the "on" position after starting it , once in a while . I called to find out about the car , was told that they were changing the starter and it may be ready the same day. The day was almost over and told them I would rather wait an extra day than have them rush. The next day we get a call and get told that the plastic key to start it was cracked and we had to pay 220 dollars for another one . I knew when I dropped off the car there was nothing wrong with it , but we gave the go ahead to replace it in good faith. When we picked up the car they gave us back a mangled key fob left in the car that looked nothing like what I left with them . I called the dealer and spoke with Tony to try and explain that this is not how I left the key with them when service took the car. He was the most obnoxious service person I ever dealt with I could not get a word in. He continued to fill in my sentences, spoke OVER me , and tried to tell me what my complaint was , he would not listen to a word he was loud and abrupt.When I asked to speak with the service manager I got voice mail twice after I told them I was not happy , he had his opportunity to discuss this issue. I will NEVER use this dealer again. More
I leased my daughter a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. When I was shopping the lease I made it clear that if the truck came with the 18inch wheels it was fine. After getting the truck home and surprising my daughter with the truck I was looking at the wheels I noticed that they were the 18 inch wheels. For some reason a few days later I looked at the window sticker which clearly showed that I leased the truck with the 20 inch wheels, which is a $1,095 option. I drove back to the dealer and made it crystal clear that I wanted the wheels changed. I had an appointment for the next morning at 10am and the 20 inch wheels were taken off of another new vehicle and put on my daughters truck. I do not believe for 1 second that this was an honest mistake! More
I spent much time researching prices on the 2013 Grand Cherokee Laredo X with the options we wanted. Spoke with countless dealers thru the internet and on the phone (within a 25 mile radius). Gabriella who handles the internet sales was a pleasure. When the price seemed right, I visited the dealer ready to buy. The owner is an active owner and that's always a plus. I was given a very aggressive price for the exact car I wanted. There were no games, everything was upfront and we didn't finance thru the dealer (which can many times be a source of profit for them). Just got home with the Cherokee and based on my sales experience with them IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER. I'll assume they'll be just as good if I have to bring it in for any reason. A big thank you to everyone for a great price (really good, better than anywhere else), easy transaction and no pressure sales. More
I brought my new dodge in for service. I had some Clicking noises in the dashboard and the serius radio kept resetting itself. Two hours after dropping it off they called to tell me that the car was ready. I went back to pick it up and they told me there was nothing wrong with the radio and they couldn't fix the noise. I insisted someone take a ride with me to show them the noise. KEITH the so-called manager took a ride with me. After hearing the noise he said he would do his best to fix it. They called me back again later said the car was fixed I took the car for a ride and it was still making noise. I returned to the service station and spoke with KEITH the manager and he told me "I already spent enough time trying to fix this car today I'' m done with it, I'm not WASTING my whole day on your car". He told me to bring it back where I got it and maybe they could help me! The only way he would spend the whole day with the car is if I purchased it from merrick dodge! He also said the other dealership probably stole something from the car and that's why it's making noise. This guy is a real piece of GARBAGE! So if you didn't purchase your car from merrick dodge don't bring it there for service eventhough the sign says dodge! I will never purchase anything from this place in my life and neither will my family and friends. Karma will come for Keith! More
I had to bring my 2006 Jeep Liberty in for service last week because of a radiator and rear driver side window problem. I was advised by Merrick Dodge Service that both were covered under the warranty and week because of a radiator and rear driver side window problem. I was advised by Merrick Dodge Service that both were covered under the warranty and that a recent recall was in effect for rear stabilizer bars that would also be replaced at no charge. In the past, bringing a vehicle in for service was like going to the dentist, very painful and no fun! This being my first experince with Merrick Dodge changed all that! The employee's were a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and friendly, no nonsense, just great service! The work was done in a timely fashion, I was given an update almost daily and when all was said and done all I paid was a very reasonable deductable! I give credit when credit is due and Merrick Dodge Service earned my five star rating across the board, excellent job, very happy camper, my thanks to you all! More

This is the third car I purchased and the 6th vehicle my family has purchased from this dealership and the sales department is by far the best around.
