Getting an appointment to even pick up my vehicle seemed almost impossible. When I was finally given the chance to pick up my vehicle, he was completely rude. Every question I asked he continuously told me the dealership was just a delivery point for my vehicle , and was also just a courtesy instead of re-driecting my question to someone else who may know. If you go through Military Auto Source to order your vehicle do not choose this dealership to pick up your vehicle!!!!!! Absolute worst customer service!! More

Service stinks!! Every time I let them do more then an oil change they screw up vehicle. Purchased 4 new tires and when I got home discovered 4 0f 5 lug nuts on all 4 Every time I let them do more then an oil change they screw up vehicle. Brought in vehicle for broken rear wiper motor and got it back with parts broken off and told they are not responsible because it is so cold out that the parts just shattered. Never going again More

WORST!! VERY COLD NASTY PEOPLE!!!!! The truck was towed back to Chrysler in Wantagh and we were told it was the win module and the part needs to be ordeted and it should be done in about a week. They wouldn’t be courteous a give a loaner because we just passed our warranty mileage by a LITTLE BIT.. So we made do for the week. We were told today that The part won’t be here by at least January 7. I Then asked if they could be courteous and give a loaner car so we can get to work and they told us no sorry there’s nothing they can do. But it was the cold rude I don’t. Are to bad attitude and then tells me we owe $100. For diagnosis. I laughed and told him we won’t be taking the truck back that they can keep it!!!! Do NOT DO. BUSINESS WITH THESE SHYSTERS!!!! More
