Worst worst worst of everything Absolutely the worst dealership on all of long island!!! I have had several dodge vehicles and never ever had issues like this. Mark in service lies, promised my mini van would be in perfect condition when I picked it up. It was not and not only was it not it is worse than when I dropped it off. Best yet is he has no idea what was done since they "didn't close out the ticket". I asked for receipts for all the times it was there and he couldn't give them to me told me when I pick up he will have them( of course he didn't). Called him he said he will mail them(a week and half later still didn't get them) This have been an on going issue since we bought it in April Among other things going on that were not fixed after several visits. Joe and Bill in the used car dealer do not return calls or answer them! Bill swore he put new breaks in the van when it was purchased but then when we had to bring it back he swore that he redid them, why would u redo them if you already did them? And why are they making grinding sounds now? Why? Cause they do nothing but lie. Do yourself, family and friends a favor stay far away from this scam of a dealership! More

It was clear within seconds that I would eventually make a deal with Mr Rice who I learned fairly quickly was an experienced and consummate professional . No sooner than I was greeted, my wife and I were in Geoff’s office and within an hour had a lease deal on a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, no man behind the curtain show, no gimmicks, no nonsense. Ended well My experience started with me buying a 2019 Durango and only having it for an hour. I had to return the vehicle because the radio was faulty but more My experience started with me buying a 2019 Durango and only having it for an hour. I had to return the vehicle because the radio was faulty but more importantly the headlights didn’t work. The parts needed were VIN specific and they didn’t know how long it would take to get them. After a week of driving a loaner car I was losing faith. But then Josh stepped up and worked a miracle. He got an approval to get me an upgraded model with many more bells and whistles in the color I wanted for the same monthly payment . He even reimbursed me for the gas I pd for driving the loaner. Josh was awesome and I love my new Durango! More

AVOID DEALERSHIP!!! Horrible experience. My entire car deal was done through text message with a saleswoman. She originally advised the dealers fee of $ 322 would be wa Horrible experience. She originally advised the dealers fee of $ 322 would be waived however a day after we agreed upon a price and the terms, she said she would not be able to waive the fee. Next, she told me that as long as she had my completed Credit App before Friday, November 30th, it would be no problem for me to pick up the car on Saturday December 1st. The manager refused to honor our November deal since he didn’t have a buyers agreement or deposit from me (I was never asked to provide a deposit or any documents other than the credit app). Last, my saleswoman took it upon herself to cancel my car when I asked about a disposition fee from my previous lease. When I told her I needed to know about this fee she assumed I didn’t want the car and texted me “no worries we’ll cancel it”. (2) minutes later I wrote back that I was fine proceeding and I just needed to know about that fee. She claims that her phone died and she didn’t see my message until after she left. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car, the manager refused to honor his deal due to the saleswoman’s claim that I wanted to cancel the car. He also refused to look at the messages on my phone although I have everything stated above in writing, proof that I never told her to cancel the car and the time stamp on the messages which proves I responded to her only (2) minutes later. My horrible experience is well documented and I strongly suggest everyone avoids this dealership. Thankfully, I got a great deal on the car I wanted at another dealership the same day. More
