Upon entering the showroom I was greeted and asked if I would be in need of assistance. I ended up conversing with Joe, who I later found out was the used sales manager. I found him to be quite knowledgea would be in need of assistance. I ended up conversing with Joe, who I later found out was the used sales manager. I found him to be quite knowledgeable and he answered each question without making me feel like I was bothering him. He went above and beyond to ensure that I went into the best car for me. I would reccomend him and this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. More

If I could leave no stars, I would. We purchased a used truck. In less than a year, the truck was pulling to one side and the lights inside were flickering. They blamed it on the new ra We purchased a used truck. In less than a year, the truck was pulling to one side and the lights inside were flickering. They blamed it on the new radio we installed. They lied about an adjuster coming to look at our truck. They kept telling us the radio is making the lights blink. After taking the truck home with no remedy, the truck wouldnt start the next morning. Finally after multiple times of it stalling,we took it to the Huntington location and within 2 hours we were told, it needed a new alternator, new starter and new strut. Merrick never diagnosed or even looked at our truck. It took me to write to the Attorney General to finally receive a call from them .too late!!!! Huntington fixed everything. Merrick is horrible and they don't care about their customers. They only care about making sales. No one there is honest and this is a perfect example of how they never even looked at our truck. Radio causing blinking lights! Ridiculous . They sold us a truck that was in such bad shape. They should be ashamed of themselves!! More
