I received two phone calls yesterday from merchants in regard to this situation. They offered a real solution for the issue that I had. They offered to pay for the inspection that I had to pay for and my trouble.they also told me how they were handling the situation with the employee that worked with the car and how they are addressing the issue with the rest of their technicians to ensure this didn't happen again.
