Dishonest and shady dealer would be an accurate description of my experience with this dealership. If you trust their words you become a victim. If you purchase a car from out of state make sure to description of my experience with this dealership. If you trust their words you become a victim. I trusted they disclose the condition of the vehicle but of course, I was wrong when I expected honesty, they were shady and did not disclose plenty of deep scratches on the car. In addition they touch up the damaged rims and they take photos from enough distance so you can’t see the touched up damage in the photos even if you zoom in. Many reviews shos that I was not the only victim of their dishonesty. Once I received the car (shipped enclosed) I requested they take it back because, after asking, they did not disclose many deep scratches in the paint, they refused. They are scam artist and professional liars. Watch out when doing business with them. More

I have never a bought a car online before and was very wary of starting now.  The car I am interested in is not easy to find and even if you do find one, it is not in the condition that I am looking for.  wary of starting now.  The car I am interested in is not easy to find and even if you do find one, it is not in the condition that I am looking for.  Fortunately, I was able to find it in Mercedeshowroom's inventory but they are 1,400 miles away.  The description they gave of its condition, as well as additional photos allowed me to overcome my initial reservations and I bought the car sight unseen.  I saw the car on their website on a Saturday and by the next Saturday, it was being unloaded in my driveway.  The car's condition was exactly how it was described.  They have a discerning eye on what to include in their inventory.  They are professionals and very responsive all throughout the process and have made my first experience of buying a car online a truly wonderful one.  I highly recommend Mercedeshowroom at Pompano Beach, FL.   More
