After sales support not good I had a great SALES experience on a certified ML350. After sales service was NOT good. I noticed a strong smell when I bought the car and thought it w I had a great SALES experience on a certified ML350. After sales service was NOT good. I noticed a strong smell when I bought the car and thought it would dissipate as I used the it. Unfortunately it did not. I had the car tested for mold and it came back positive. They ozonated the car but the smell is still there and the car makes me a little ill when I drive it. They told me "they did what they could". I tried to get them to trade for another (more expensive car) but they treated me like I was any other person off the street and told me the car they sold me 30 days prior was worth 20% less as a trade in. This is my 4th MBZ and I have never had a bad experience with the other dealers I purchased from. I am going to need to get another car from another dealer. looking into BBB and legal action. More
