Pulley belt replaced $610 2011 Mercedes C300 As soon as you pull up, svc techs tag and check car in. They could offer to help you unload car (groceries) since they are mostly standing around. Awesome they do this! Slick text messaging with links to car diagnosis, invoice and payment option. Complimentary Multipoint inspection provided which car passed therby bypassing need for our requested brake fluid change and bleed, and flush cooling system. Shows honesty of service technicians and dealership not performing work that was requested by owner but not needed. Had low whirring rotational noise in engine, and they replaced pulley once I authorized via email. A+ Where MB scored low is the service counter person with no personality and unwillingness to get answers about the service...so why is he there? I asked him about the Multipoint Svc and not performing requested work, he responded he didn't know how to "read" the report. Well how about you get trained since you are dealing with customers picking up cars who all pick up these reports?! I asked if the Tech, Tony M, who provided the service was around, he was out to lunch. Then silence...! So "I" asked if someone else could help, duh? He finally attemped to "read" the report and said since it passed inspection, they didnt perform the work. F grade. Could of vacuumed the car intetior on return...they used to do this, wash and return car cleaned? Just spent $610... F Nice clean pick up area with snacks and coffee and tea. Could use a few chairs to lounge since it took 15 mins to collect my car buried in lot out front. The tech this time offered amd helped with transferring bags back into car :) Overall, very efficient shop and the maintenance was performed; fixed the engine whirring rotational noise and didnt perform work that wasnt needed. More
