Service Department On Sunday I got a flat tire. They were the only dealership open that would let me take my car in on a Sunday and provided a loaner. When I dropped t On Sunday I got a flat tire. They were the only dealership open that would let me take my car in on a Sunday and provided a loaner. When I dropped the car off, they came out and greeted me immediately and walked me and started the paperwork on service needed and loaner car. I was in and out in less than 15 min. On Monday at 8:30 Service Advisor called and told me they had the tires in stock and my car would be ready later in the day. When I went to pick up I presented them with an expired coupon from another MB dealership and asked if they might honor.. totally expecting them to say they could not.. even though they did not honor the coupon they did give me $100 off (coupon was for $125). Does not stand behind CPO vehicles I purchased a certified vehicle from MB Wilsonville and had it shipped out of state. When the car arrived, one tire had 2/32” of tread left and needed I purchased a certified vehicle from MB Wilsonville and had it shipped out of state. When the car arrived, one tire had 2/32” of tread left and needed to be replaced, and the other three were all at or under 4/32”. We had been explicitly told by the dealership that the tires had plenty of life left, only to find that upon delivery they needed replacement. The dealership did not want to help in any way, which was shocking given that the car was certified pre-owned. Having to spend $1000 on tires as soon as we received the car seems to defeat the purpose of buying a “CPO”. More
