Some good some not so much The sales part was very good. Once we were turned over to the business side things went south. We waited an hour just to get in to sign the papers. There were two different people doing signings and I think we were third. The signing process should have gone a lot faster as we later found out. Between the computer, printer and I-pad nothing seemed to work right. I suggested we leave a deposit and come back the next day to sign the paperwork. As we were leaving they came to get us and said the problems were fixed. We returned to the business office but there were still problems and we left to come back the following day. The following day we had to sign and it only took about 10-15 minutes. I can understand computer problems but not the hour wait. If you piece together the Sales effort and the second day of signing this could have been a five star experience. More

Buy at another Mercedes dealership. Jeff Maddox told me the vehicle I inquired about was available last week. I have followed up with him multiple times. He told me that the vehicle I wanted was available and they could ship it to me. After having the dealership pull my credit (for ‘verification’ purposes, even though we’re paying cash) he came back and told me the vehicle was sold by saying ‘yeah, we’re not going to be able to do anything for you’. This guys should not be working at Mercedes. More

They failed to make requested repair I took my car in for a check engine light and for new brakes and transmission service. I specifically requested they repair the check engine light fir I took my car in for a check engine light and for new brakes and transmission service. I specifically requested they repair the check engine light first before they do the brake and transmission service. They called and claimed I needed a new sensor for the check engine light and that was all, I approved and they did all of the work. $375 for the $49 sensor which was a 15 minute replacement. Then they did the other $1,693 in service. Right when I get into my vehicle at the dealership, the check engine light was still on, with the same exact code. I tell them that the light is still on and they take the car in the back to check the code. Then they come back and tell me that it will be an additional $2,000 or so to fix the code that they had already told me they repaired. And, I had specifically told them to please assure the check engine code is repaired first before doing the other expensive work. Just another scamming dealership when it comes to service More
