Having become frustrated with another Mercedes-Benz dealership I contacted Mercedes-Benz Wilsonville. They understood my frustration, immediately found the car I wanted on their lot, negotiated price and terms in which I was very demanding, met those price/ terms and closed with our driving away our new car in less than 1 hour. We were most impressed with their cordial customer friendly and incredibly efficient flow from beginning to end. The most impressive event was that after significant negotiation the Dave Richardson the general manager came down from his office and thanked us for our business. This is our third Mercedes and are now committed to Wilsonville for all future Mercedes. Further our daughter will be switching to Wilsonville for her next Mercedes lease. My only suggestion is that when you purchase such a luxury car they should give you a complimentary wind breaker with the Mercedes logo More

Part missing I booked an appointment to have a recalled part replaced on a Sprinter van. At time of booking I asked the agent to confirm that the replacement part I booked an appointment to have a recalled part replaced on a Sprinter van. At time of booking I asked the agent to confirm that the replacement part was in stock and after checking with his parts department he said it was, but it would take over two weeks to get my vehicle in. I took it in yesterday and today I was told that the part was not available and would have to be ordered. What a waste of my time. More

Airbag recall service Sprinter Van. I arrived early from 65 miles away. I had to wait while work was done so Amanda was able to get my work done prior to my 10 am appointment. Terrible Service I will never be back to Wilsonville Mercedes They ridiculously over charge you. They said I needed to replace parts I JUST had replaced somewhere els I will never be back to Wilsonville Mercedes They ridiculously over charge you. They said I needed to replace parts I JUST had replaced somewhere else and they don’t honor the crappy work they did do. I paid $1500 4 months ago for a lift gate pump they said was fried due to a water leak. Now it is fried again and they want me to pay another $2300 now. I would never purchase or have anything fixed here again!!! More
