Poor customer service I found the service writer to be rude and not knowledgeable about the vehicle. The service write told me they had to adjust the disc brakes. There I found the service writer to be rude and not knowledgeable about the vehicle. The service write told me they had to adjust the disc brakes. There is no brake adjustment for disc brakes. The vehicle fogs up quickly in certain weather conditions and has no way to defog. You must turn on the defroster which drives you out of the vehicle with super hot air and the air compressor turn off. Every other manufacture runs the air compressor to dry out the air thus defogging quickly. The engine light is now on and I was told not to bring the vehicle in because there was no loaner vehicle. I can continue but will not make any difference. Poor service!! More

This is no explanation or introduction of the vehicle we are interested in, he only answers questions when there are questions and not willing to talk further more in details. Very unfriendly & cold and appeared to quite irritated during the test drive (Brandon King, just because you had a BAD DAY???). We could barely hear what he said, he was literally whispering as if he needs a Nap??? He was unable and unwilling to explain detail features of the vehicle and simply assumed that we are NOT serious buyers. We were quite interested in the vehicle before coming in, now we are totally disappointed with the entire experience. Shame for him to work for Mercedes Benz.... More

Too Busy To Care I was looking for a particular car and found it on an internet site. I then went to the dealership's web site and saw the car again, making sure it w I was looking for a particular car and found it on an internet site. I then went to the dealership's web site and saw the car again, making sure it was still available since I live out of the area. I called the dealership to set up an appointment to view the car, and told the sales person that I would be there between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM, depending on the heavy traffic I knew I would encounter (this is the Portland area after all). He agreed to the time, and said that if he was busy with another customer that I would be working with someone else. That was OK. When I arrived at the dealership at the appointed time the internet sales person was busy, so a referral was made to another sales person. That was OK too. When he went to get the key to show me the car I was interested in he found that it had been sold the day before I made my appointment. That ticked me off. The internet salesman could have checked to see if was still available, but did not bother to do that. I had driven a long way in the rain and heavy traffic. I doubt that I will ever visit this dealership again. More
