These guys "guys" know their stuff and they take good care of me. It is because of their work that I can drive the entire length of Nevada in the dark and not worry. At first, I went for service at other places, but soon became aware of the difference. The original OEM parts cannot be beat. And the know-how of someone who is always in it, and who comes at it with a constant desire to help cannot be beaten, either. It's been about eight years so far, and I look forward to many more. More
Went to Mercedes-Benz to purchase a replacement FOB/Key, ordered it and the parts saleman said the programming/key cutting would be $250. It came in early, had an appt at 10:15am, I got there early but too ordered it and the parts saleman said the programming/key cutting would be $250. It came in early, had an appt at 10:15am, I got there early but took over 15 minutes to get checked in. They said the cost would be $295, I stated I was told $250 and they said I was told the wrong price. The parts saleman said the programming would take 3 hours but when checking in said it should be 2.5-3 hours but took 4 hours and when I would ask my advisor how much longer she was acted irritated that I was asking. A very frustrating experience. More
