Service appt minus the service I dropped my car off for the 1st year service and asked them to review the electronic system as it hasn’t been working. 5 hours later when I picked it I dropped my car off for the 1st year service and asked them to review the electronic system as it hasn’t been working. 5 hours later when I picked it up, they didn’t look at it. Then wanted me to wait further for them to grab someone who wasn’t available. This is the 2nd time I’ve had an appointment but the work wasn’t actually done. The first time is when I picked up the cat after purchase and had an appt for someone to walk me through all the functions. After waiting an hour, the receptionist said “they were busy” and could I come back later that day. The dealership is 45min away so no, I do not have time to drive back and forth. It’s fruatrating that you’re spending so much on a luxury vehicle but it’s almost a self service environment. More
