Broke parts on my car Took my car in for a express oil change. When I got my car back they handed me a $2000.00 list of things to fix. One of them was a cracked windshield Took my car in for a express oil change. When I got my car back they handed me a $2000.00 list of things to fix. One of them was a cracked windshield washer tank. When I popped the hood I could see someon broke it off it’s mount. I just filled it 2 week before I went there and it was not broken. They also wanted to replace several parts that were already replaced at a different Mercedes dealer. $587.00 for 4 spark plugs? Left a message for the service manager no call back! They also refused to reset my service notification on the car. I had already done the other items on the service B. More
