Great price and customer service from another state I'm now on my third time working with Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville from the Seattle area and in all three cases they had the best price with the exact I'm now on my third time working with Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville from the Seattle area and in all three cases they had the best price with the exact (very loaded) car I wanted in-stock. The Seattle area dealerships are sharks with all of the Microsoft employees willing to pay MSRP, so I've really appreciated being able to cut through the non-sense and get a good deal from this dealership. My only complaint is that with my two leases I've done with them is related to the detail team. The silver window trim was slightly damaged from the detail shop by some chemical they use or from buffing, but they are leased cars so I'm hoping it won't be a problem when I turn it in. The interior glass also wasn't cleaned very well. I will give them the first shot next year when my GLS450 lease ends, so if all goes well I'll be a customer again. More

Brandon Made it Easy!! Brandon King was the first to reach out to assist us with our purchase of a new GLA 250 and we ended up going with Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville becaus Brandon King was the first to reach out to assist us with our purchase of a new GLA 250 and we ended up going with Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville because of him!! He was so helpful and professional and kind during the entire process, which we really were not used to in the car buying process. We ended up ordering a car to get exactly what we wanted and Brandon was very astute with keeping us informed about what was going on with the build and when we could expect delivery. We love our new car and will seek Brandon out the next time we are in need of a new one!! More

Yes, of course, I was no different then most who enter a dealership, my apprehensive defense systems were engaged as I anticipated my encounter with the dreaded quintessential sales person. Well, to my surprise, it appeared to be my lucky day, or perhaps this dealership had separated themselves from the many others ? In either case, I was fortunate that day to be assisted by Lara who besides having extensive product knowledge, was also quite gregarious which proved entertaining as well as comforting at the same time. When I bought the car or year ago I did not receive an owners manual or guide to use the command center con . Brought the car in for routine service. When I bought the car or year ago I did not receive an owners manual or guide to use the command center control program finally, I got the manual on the car. I asked for a manual for the command control center and was told I must pay $250 for it?!! Just not the same organization that I thought I was dealing with! That organization just could not do enough to make sure that you were satisfied. Very disappointed! And, just for the record, this is not a problem with the service center. This is a problem with the management. More
