I live in Eugene Oregon and it takes us about 2 hrs drive going to Wilsonville for a car service. Is it worth a drive? Ohh Yes! I love the professionalism of all the employees. Service in the time of coronavirus I brought in my 2017 SL450 for its annual A/B service. I wore a mask and was surprised to notice that none of the dealership employees I saw wore them I brought in my 2017 SL450 for its annual A/B service. I wore a mask and was surprised to notice that none of the dealership employees I saw wore them, not in service or sales. I asked my friend Hunter Johnson about this and he pointed out that he was standing behind a clear plastic shield that protected him. But still I saw at least half a dozen other service writers and a couple of sales people who were not wearing masks. Because I am 77 years of age and in the demographic group most vulnerable to coronavirus (12% of those infected in their 70s die, 30% of those in their 80s die). This makes me wonder about the service technicians. Were they wearing masks and gloves? What measures did they take to protect my vehicle and me? More
