I brought my Sprinter in to the service department to have a few recalls repaired and a Schedule A Service. The van was fixed properly in the end, but it was quite an ordeal. We got to the dealership Thu have a few recalls repaired and a Schedule A Service. The van was fixed properly in the end, but it was quite an ordeal. We got to the dealership Thursday afternoon, checked in and were promptly given our courtesy vehicle, a GLA250 4Matic. We had to wait 25 minutes for a returned courtesy vehicle to be moved out of the way so we could exit the dealership lot and get on with our day. As scheduled, we cane to pick up the van 24 hours later. We had to wait around for over an hour before our Sprinter was brought from service to the pickup area. Half way home, it was getting very poor fuel economy, and the TPMS showed low front tire pressure which should have been checked as part of the schedule A Service. When we got home, the reason for the poor fuel economy was apparent since there was a strong smell of leaking Diesel fuel resulting from the fuel filter replacement which was also part of the Schedule A Service. I notified Cody that the van would need to be returned to have these issues corrected, and he told me that I could drop it off with Brittany in service the next day. Once again, we were promptly given a courtesy vehicle, but the CLA250 was MUCH too small to fit my family. After pleading our case for a larger vehicle, we were RELUCTANTLY given another GLA250 4Matic. On Monday, after no updates on the status of my van, I called Cody who informed me that no one had even looked at the van since it was dropped off on Saturday! He called me the next morning as promised to let me know that the Sprinter was ready for pickup and that there was no fuel leak, and that all connections were tighten down. Nothing would have to be tightened if there wasn’t a fuel leak. After returning the curtesy vehicle, we had to pay an invoice for $517.00, quite expensive for a new fuel filter and a couple of clamps and half an hour replacement time which it shouldn’t have needed at only 1783 miles. This was even after removing the cost of the lifetime oil changes which were prepaid. I didn’t expect this type of experience from an award-running service department, but Cody was very friendly and answered all of my questions. More

Found out after we purchased vehicle that there was no spare key. Asked dealership if they would provide one and they said “no”. It’s going to cost $700 for a spare. They could have told us this so to they could have taken this money off the sales price and done the right thing. Basically paying another $700 on top of the sales price of the car. The reason we went to this car dealership vs. the smaller dealerships was that we assumed we wouldn’t get taken by them, in terms of honesty. We were wrong. More

At the height of Covid in Oregon, the people at the service desks inside were not wearing masks. Despite statewide mask mandate. The service was great. Very dedicated and helpful service personnel. But I was shocked that not everyone was not wearing a face mask. Further more, a few of the ones that were wearing masks left their n personnel. But I was shocked that not everyone was not wearing a face mask. Further more, a few of the ones that were wearing masks left their nose exposed. It only takes one person to spread this deadly virus to other people. I am surprised that such a sophisticated dealership as this would be so inconsiderate for other peoples safety. More
