This is the only MB dealership close. Other than that, I would not recommend. The final process took to long to complete. They only needed to prepare and submit the vehicle title and registration. We stil would not recommend. The final process took to long to complete. They only needed to prepare and submit the vehicle title and registration. We still do not have the mbrace app working and there was no working navigation system, it’s asking for a sd card. I expected the navigation system fully functional not requiring an additional part that is not included. The rude attitude of the finance person once it was obvious I was not financing the vehicle with MB. First visit I had an appointment to test drive a specific MB. Once there I was informed that this vehicle was not ready and that I was not scheduled for a test drive. They tried to get me to test drive a different vehicle. I call that a bait and switch scam and I left. I did decide to try again, only MB dealership close. Still not convinced. David, sales person, did do a pretty good job though. Mbrace is a challenging app. More

I bought and paid in full my new G-Wagon on 1/11/21 with a promise of delivery by Monday 1/18/21. My car could not be delivery on 1/18/21 but it was delivered on 1/19/21. The car came from Portland to Seatt a promise of delivery by Monday 1/18/21. My car could not be delivery on 1/18/21 but it was delivered on 1/19/21. The car came from Portland to Seattle. When I got the car, I notice that the dealer did not send me my temporary plate. I have been contacting this dealership and Brian the financial guy about sending my temporary plate so I can use the car, but Brian just keep lying saying that will be sending the plate overnight since1/20/21 but he never sent. I contacted the GM Scott about this issue just to be ignored. Today is 1/25/21 and I can't use the car because the GM and Brian are refusing to send the temporary plate. This is a huge scam!!! I want to be able to use the car I paid for but I can't because they don't send me MY TEMPORARY PLATE!!! More
We were treated very well and the transaction was very easy. Brent went out of his way to be helpful. The only problem is that we are still struggling to understand interactive controls and settings. Bought a GLC in Dec 2020 from Evan Whitaker. Very smooth experience. I say that because I once sold cars back in the 60’ and I know how stressful a car buying experience can be. From the warm, welcoming customer service, to the excellent, high-quality maintenance service performed on my e430, I was thoroughly impressed and pleased, and glad to have chosen Mercedes of Wilsonv excellent, high-quality maintenance service performed on my e430, I was thoroughly impressed and pleased, and glad to have chosen Mercedes of Wilsonville as an extension of my MB ownership experience. Receiving VIP treatment can still be a rarity when it comes to mechanic shops, service departments, or dealerships in general, and though the vehicle I brought in was an older model, the entire staff still saw fit to ensure my vehicle received high quality maintenance, and that I was made to feel valuable as a customer. Amazing experience, compared to other dealerships/service departments I have visited, and I would definitely recommend a visit to Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville for either sales, or service! More
