We bought the C300 Cabriolet using the Costco auto purchase program and Wilsonville M-B was the only Portland choice. So far, I am satisfied with their participation. Our sales agent, Lisa R., was ver purchase program and Wilsonville M-B was the only Portland choice. So far, I am satisfied with their participation. Our sales agent, Lisa R., was very helpful in the custom build process and delivery details. I would give her 5 stars but it is too soon to give the whole dealership a proper evaluation. Best interior/exterior detail! So please with how my car looks! They removed a summers worth of sap...living in the PNW has its perks, sap is not one. Misinformation and no call backs when requested. Very nice facility and thank you for courtesy car. Could not get a hold of service manager. Would not let me talk to technician. In June 2020 we special ordered a Sprinter Van. Our sales rep Tommy was able to help a great deal while we were there. In October 2020 we still hed no word on our van. Called the dealership, they could not f rep Tommy was able to help a great deal while we were there. In October 2020 we still hed no word on our van. Called the dealership, they could not find a record, the dealership had to contact Tommy. Late December still no word on our van. Called the dealership, again they cannot find a record of our van. They had to contact Tommy to find out any information and have him call us. A van had come in, but not our full order specifaction. The dealership did pay a missing element. my biggest problem's is no one from the dealership was in contact with us for the entire time unless we called, and there was no record of who we were or what we wanted in the dealership records. If something had happened to Tommy our van purchase could have been gone. It was mentioned to Tommy to communicate and e-mails to the dealer did little help except to have Tommy call us. More
Mercedes wilsonville always gives excellent customer service no matter which department you work with. However, for service ask for Britney because she will absolutely take care of you, send you updates service no matter which department you work with.
