This is hands down the best dealership I have ever worked with! I’ve dealt with 7 different car dealerships in the past, and Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville easily takes the #1 spot. The entire staff is incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. A huge thank you to my sales consultant, Jayleen! She was absolutely fantastic. What I appreciated the most was the zero-pressure environment — nobody tried to force anything on me. Instead of just trying to make a sale, Jayleen genuinely listened to my requests, helped me navigate through my options, and solved any issues based exactly on what I was looking for. While the individuals I delt with were nice the prices this dealership charges for service is way out of line. I compared prices on a oilk change from another Mercedes dealership to compare like kind and this dealership charges for service is way out of line. I compared prices on a oilk change from another Mercedes dealership to compare like kind and quality. I hope you are sitting down they were $150.00 cheaper. Ouch even if I have to drive 30 minutes longer it is worth it. This is not the only item that was exceedingly less by a significant amount. They also offer loaners so it is not that. This dealership is gouging it's customers Very concerning. More
