The dealership is great, but this review is about Bree Crenshaw, a service advisor at the dealership. She was the best service advisor we have ever had. She worked with us to schedule our required and requested services for our GLC AMG 43 SUV. She and the young man that works with her at the dealership, were able to find the perfect loaner car for us, It was an electric 2025 EQE AMG SUV. It fit our needs perfectly. It allowed us to see, feel and experience what our next car purchase might be... Quite the car, very impressive... The other great thing during this scheduled service was the short text from the mechanic that worked on the car shortly before we picked it up. It was a video walk around under the car while on the lift, commentating to us that everything looked great, no leaks, etc. Most people never see or have an idea what’s happening under their car. The car came back just as I requested, very clean. We’re looking forward to working with Bree for our next service for current car and our new car in the future. Thanks
