Tom the GM, Geoff Townsend the Online Car Sales Manager, and Drew the Used Car Manager refused sell me a car. I willingly wanted to pay cash and they didn't like the terms. Tom argued with me because he wanted me to finance and I said no. I said, I wanted to pay cash. He cried like a baby and refused my cash. Furthermore, all three of these guys were rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. I even offered to send the full amount electronically because I live out of state to pay for the car and they still refused. They refused because I could not pick this car up until June 25th. Just stay away from this dealership. Mercedes I am significantly disappointed that I was treated so unprofessionally. You will regret if you do any business with this Mercedes Bens dealership. More
Relatively responsive over the phone. I came from out of town, they offered to pick me up at the airport! Free coffee/pop/snacks in the waiting area. Waste of time, poor customer relations. Dealer is advertising vehicles that are not even on the lot and/or for sale. Just trying to get people on the lot so they can waste their time. She is an excellent, responsive, efficient, friendly communicator, thorough and sensitive to the unfamiliarity I bro given that I am 900 miles away. The car was nice, but what happened to no haggle? They kept me there for hours and tried to sell me every scam extended warranty, gap coverage, theft protection there is in the world! Their finance rate kept me there for hours and tried to sell me every scam extended warranty, gap coverage, theft protection there is in the world! Their finance rates are 33% higher than other dealers. They also charge a $920 document prep to print illegible papers. If you want the care to be 1k more, just ask for it upfront. The scammer Finance Manager Harry even tricked me into the theft protect for $500 that has a max benefit of $2000. Buyer beware! More

My wife has been insulted numerous times by the service team, when challenged the response was '...what do you know about cars’, amongst other poor comments! Our last service resulted in new breaks (there is still something wrong as we have noises - the suggestion is get new tyres AGAIN), broken petrol gauge which was ok when it went in, then after being fixed we broke down due to no gas!!! Disgraceful service both pre and post. I tried to give people benefit of the doubt but the attitude is appalling. Continuous issues and poor treatment!!! I escalated through management and keep being passed back to the service desk who I now point blank refuse to speak with. I escalated 4 times to PIAZZA AUTOGROUP the parent company and they have obviously point blank refused to call me as I have not called 5 times with no response. More
