The deal started of great. However, after contract was signed terms of the deal were not honored. It is now September, and I am waiting for a certificate of warranty covered that I requested before I took possession of the vehicle. I have inquired, called, and emailed and received every excuse in the book. Stephan Ouakrim and Scott Zielinski promise one thing, but do not follow through. My attorneys are handling the matter now. If you want professionalism and above-board customer service, DO NOT DEAL with the DEALERSHIP!! I am on my 5th mercedes, and this by far has been the worst. It has been so bad, I probably won't buy another mercedes benz. More
Have purchased 2 vehicles at this dealership. Have had very little problems with the service department until my last visit (they are now under different management). The service department placed the wrong tires on my vehicle. I called to tell them the mistake - no one seems to care - I paid several hundred dollars for the tires and was expecting the same tire that was on the car. The service department has not returned my phone calls - I have emailed the service manager and the sales manager and have not heard back. The customer service is very poor now at this dealership. I have a feeling it has something to do with the new owners. I have never been treated so poorly. This is why my ratings are poor with this company. I would suggest purchasing and servicing your MB at another location. More

Wilmington is a small town and the folks here are more than helpful and service always seems to be op dealership and they couldn't have been nicer . The size of the dealership is also a plus - small enough where you can know all of the staff and resources ..... and no tax too ! .... was owned by some Bolivian Investor group for a short time ... heard they are out of the picture now ... thats a good thing . Hats off to the new customer lounge too... very nice. Thanks for washing my car too while there for service . More
Purchased a car here in October. A month later, my T tags expired, and I had not received my plates. When I noticed it a week later, I called the dealership. Finally got to speak to the title clerk, w tags expired, and I had not received my plates. When I noticed it a week later, I called the dealership. Finally got to speak to the title clerk, who told me additional tax should have been collected, but was not, and I owed them >$1,000. Did not understand why, nor did she. Tried to deal with the general manager, who was no help, other than being rude, and telling me to pay the money or I would never get my tags. He didn't care that the deal we made was based upon the downpayment I contracted to put on the car. Salesperson also no help, and didn't care. Title clerk was extremely helpful, but had her hands tied. After a month of going back and forth, with no tags on my car and unable to drive it, I contacted state motor vehicle department. They looked at paperwork, and turns out that dealer made a mistake with my corporate name, resulting in additional taxes due. Went to dealership, explained the problem. They refused to correct the contract, saying its already been processsed, and told me the only way I would get tags would be to pay them, despite the paperwork problem being their mistake. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! From my experience, they only care to make the sale, and once they have you, they move onto the next. More
