I was charged $389 for a doc fee which is outrageous. Most dealers only charge $100.00. On top of that I was charged $399.00 for what I still don't know. Some type of theft detrerrent. I recently went to Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington to look at their new cars. The internet Sales Manager (Scott) who I spoke to over the phone, introduced me to Eric who turned out to be my salesperson. Eric's knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism was truly amazing!!! Stephan crunched the numbers to a new S 550 lease in order to get me the best possible payment that I could live with. He included all the incentives and rebates. Marcia made sure that I was happy with the final numbers and the General Manager (Joe) finalized the deal. It was a true team effort!!! Eric spent a lot of time at delivery of my new car to make sure that I knew how to operate all of the new features. I was extremely happy and pleased with all of the aspects of going to this dealership and leasing my new car!!! This is an excellent dealership with prompt, friendly, and professional service. I plan on leasing or buying future cars at this dealership even though I live in another State. Overall, this was by far the best car leasing experience I have ever had and will recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends!!! More

Purchased a certified preowned GLK. The sale went ok. The sales person didn't seem to know all of the incentives even though he had many years of MB sales experience even at this dealership. We were promised that a few things we noticed with the vehicle would be handled. We have taken the vehicle in twice and both times the car sat on the lot and the items were not addressed. The sales person, who was still handling these issues not service, always promised to get back to us to get these items rectified, however I always have to initiate this process and finally have been told they will not be handled. This is a dealership that does not keep it's word. Glad there is another dealership not to far away and that the certified preowned warranty carries. The only good thing, we purchased the vehicle for a reasonable price. More

Very minor service questions regarding tire pressure and the service folks were very helpful too! My son broke the windshield wiper accidentally when cleaning off ice and I drove it in to MB with no appt. and had it replaced within 15 minutes. No hassles and it was much less than I thought it would have been. More

MB of Wilmington was FABULOUS. I'm from Dover, DE. Typically have worked with a different dealorship a bit south of me.
