Since that time we have been bought nearly 5 MB's so far. All the time the professionalism and excellent service attract me to go with this dealership and Dru. I have seen alost everybody at this dealership is as helpful as Dru. My Cars have been getting serviced at this dealerships and always gets 5* services. I find it overwhelming but from the time I met Marlin Sutton, at the car show, I started to feel relieved and that I was in good hands. I told him what I could afford and he said he would make it happen and he and the manager, Marcia Grosso did make it happen!!! I never dreamed I would be driving a Mercedes! No one else was even close to the deal they made me. I am thrilled with my 250 and every day I get in and start it, I get the same thrill and silently thank them. I decided silence wasn't fair to them. I had to write about my experience at their dealership. From the moment it was delivered, I have had support with several follow up calls to see if I need more instruction on how to find the bells and whistles across my dash. Henry - Finance Manager - He is the best at the dealership, very polite and willing to assist with the finance needs. Henry is the greatest. Signing all documents went very smooth and quickly. We have never signed paperwork with any other dealership as quick as it was with Henry at the Wilmington dealership. Because of the service my Husband I received at the dealership we will always purchase from Wilmington Mercedes Benz dealership while we are living in the area. We give this dealership 10 stars for there service and the friendly atmosphere. More

Excellent dealership -- purchased 2014 E63S from Chicago, IL I had a phenomenal experience with this dealership. I scoured the country for a lightly used 2014 E63S, and found the perfect car here. Scott the sa I had a phenomenal experience with this dealership. I scoured the country for a lightly used 2014 E63S, and found the perfect car here. Scott the salesman started handling my case and was professional, courteous and ACCESSIBLE. We negotiated a price immediately and Carlos Arias the sales manager stepped in and help me finalize the deal and made sure the specifics were exactly how I wanted them. Also, Marlon Sutton kept me up to speed on a daily basis letting me know that my vehicle was being transported, where it was in the country and which trusted carrier had the vehicle. The car arrived to my driveway by a highly reputable carrier, flawless! I got a great Benz, the royal treatment from this group of fine people, and excellent followup. The entire staff was friendly and great to work with both before and after the sale. Mr. Wood even picked me up at the train station and had my new car detailed and waiting for me with a full tank of gas. I was given a thorough introduction to the many features of the vehicle by Mr. Wood. He even took the time to walk me through the steps for the system to learn my voice for commands. I've bought several new cars over the years and can't remember having a better experience. More
