Great experience, Outstanding customer service-- A++ I visited Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington looking for pre-owned CLS 550 and Bentley. Both cars were extremely clean and well maintained. Carlos A. was ver I visited Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington looking for pre-owned CLS 550 and Bentley. Both cars were extremely clean and well maintained. Carlos A. was very helpful throughout the process and was transparent on what he could do on pricing. David G. was also great and took the time to show me features on car and offered to do the same for my wife. He took his time to provide background on cars and answer all my questions. I bought both cars since I was so pleased with fair and competitive pricing which I compared to similar cars on the market. Great customer service even after I purchased both cars as Carlos would follow-up to ensure nothing was wrong with cars. I will be back for future cars! More

Worth the 2 hour trip! I have been looking to trade my CLA250 2014 for some time for a GLK350. The reason for trading my vehicle was the size, I needed a SUV since I recentl I have been looking to trade my CLA250 2014 for some time for a GLK350. The reason for trading my vehicle was the size, I needed a SUV since I recently had my first newborn. I saw online what I thought was the GLK I have been looking for so I made the risky 2 hour trip to DE trusting the sales person (Jeff) over the phone and the information he sent over via email. Once I got there, I realised the car was not certified and when I test drove it, It had vibrations while stopping which I requested to be checked. There was also a noise under the driver seat that sounded like a metal screw stuck inside the car and you could hear the noise while stopping or accelating. Dissapointed I was ready to walk out when Carlos, manager came to assist me and see what they could do to help me. Thankfully they were able to fix the issues and in less than 2 hours the vehicle was like brand new. They also gave me a good deal in finance! They go above and beyond their call of duty to be able to make the sales happen and for you experience good customer service even if it has to cost them more for you to be happy. Overall they were able to make up for everything I had doubts of. Highly recommend this dealer and their team. Thank you Carlos! More

Worst sales person David just stealing money from customers When I fist visited it's wonderful receive by David, Then I chose GLE 350 he said he don't have that car but he vl get it. He asked me put deposit I did that after 3 days he called me and said he didn't got the car what I was looking for and said only one available in whole USA, then I said let me check other options I waited two more days he called back said he is not able to locate car if search takes more time then I need to go back and sign another document. I asked so I can cancel if I want he said yes( my bad this conversation happend over phone) but I have his voicemail saying similar to that. Then I went nearest delar asked about car ( Chester PA, dolly stone PA) they said they have cars in there inventory so he is bluffing to the customers to get deposit then I took that car and informed this guy cancel deal. Now problem start no response not giving money back. This whole delar ship staff customer money stealers. This is my experience with this guys so don't go with this delar ship. Another thing go with Costco program you vl get good delar not like this thieves. More

Mercedes of Wilmington - A+ experience We had visited two Mercedes dealers much closer to our home in the weeks prior to visiting Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington...one of which was a dealer we We had visited two Mercedes dealers much closer to our home in the weeks prior to visiting Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington...one of which was a dealer we have worked with for 15+ years. David Gershman was the salesperson assigned to us by Derek. David is very personable, and was very patient through the process of having us test drive the cars we had selected as potential candidates, and decide on which car to purchase. When we made the decision, both David and Derek help us through the process since we were trading two Mercedes for one. We felt that both gentlemen were working toward a win-win solution for both parties. It was way past 7:00PM on that Saturday when we left with our "new to us" car. In spite of the time, David took the time to go through every feature of the car. Never did we feel rushed through that process either. The car needed some touch-ups (inside and outside) so that it would look like new. David made arrangements for it to be serviced a week later. The experience was again made painless. Our car was picked up and returned truly looking brand new. We will continue to purchase Mercedes cars because we have had good experience with the brand. Our dealer of choice has become Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington. THANK YOU David and Derek! More
