They just said we are finishing up now, which was another 1/2 hour. When I paid I asked the service writer again what took so long and he said an oil change takes 1 1/2 hour, so I pointed out that it had been 2 /1/2 hours, then he said oh they had to due some recall updates. I not sure that's true because we never received anything in the mail indicating this was necessary. They washed the car, but it looked like they just threw soap all over the car and didn't bother to rinse it off, so when the car dried it had spots all over it which look terrible so I had to wash it agin myself. More

Wilmington is my preferred service center I have gotten two cars from Fort Washington and two cars from Wilmington. In my 10+ years with MB, I've been serviced at Ft. Washington, Devon and Wi I have gotten two cars from Fort Washington and two cars from Wilmington. In my 10+ years with MB, I've been serviced at Ft. Washington, Devon and Wilmington and by far Wilmington is the best! The concierge is always available even when my schedule is tight. Service is always professional and even times when I have had to sit and wait, the wait was always pleasant. I will never go to another service station. More
