Air bag Recall with loaner Went very well, my service advisors are great Tony and Jason. Had B service On E class and GLK and rear brakes completed. Stayed late to get me on the road My battery died and my car had to be towed this dealership. I had no other transportation and I had no one to pick me up. Due to difficulty wit gettin My battery died and my car had to be towed this dealership. I had no other transportation and I had no one to pick me up. Due to difficulty wit getting my car on the rollback, arrived at 5:00pm after most the technicians left for the day. I rode with the tow truck and had no one to call. Jason told me not to worry, he’d figure something out. He was able to get a new battery in my car and I was out of there in a little over 30 minutes. Everyone treated me kindly despite my arriving at their quitting time. Love this dealership More

The only reason I’m not giving this a 5 star review is that no one took the time or even asked to review how to work some of the controls and commands in the car. I’m learning it as I go.
