Recall for airbag GL 450 I just left Willoughby Mercedes dealership service department. Customer Service not good. I went there to get my airbag replaced and told the service I just left Willoughby Mercedes dealership service department. Customer Service not good. I went there to get my airbag replaced and told the service rep that I think I need a sensor because the ESP light is on he said it will be $150 to run the diagnostic test. The service rep asked me if I was leaving the car because the close at 4:30. I said yes and I will just get a loaner. He said we don’t have any loaners. So I called my husband and told him what was going on he talk to the rep. I just took my truck and left. I had work done on the my GL 450 at the Akron Mercedes dealership and will be taking to back there it’s worth the drive and never had a problem. This was my first time taking it out there because it’s 15 minutes from where I live. More

Overall Experience Was Outstanding My husband and I recently leased our first Mercedes-Benz from Leikin Motors in Willoughby, OH and our experience was exceptional. We spent considerabl My husband and I recently leased our first Mercedes-Benz from Leikin Motors in Willoughby, OH and our experience was exceptional. We spent considerable time with two other Mercedes dealerships in the Cleveland area and decided to lease with the Leikin team because we felt they were the most professional, knowledgeable and transparent. We are meticulous customers and had some very technical questions/requests with respect to our lease structure, money factor, MSD program, and capitalization of certain costs. The sales manager, Ty Whiting, could not have been more enjoyable to work with. He had detailed technical knowledge of our proposed lease structure and helped reconcile all of our complex inquiries, literally down to the penny. He was extremely patient, professional, transparent, and generous with his time, even going as far as to stay several hours after close (quite unnecessarily) to make sure we were taken care of. The finance director, Andrew Cavicchi, was also very experienced and personable. We had planned not to pre-purchase service check-ups or tire/wheel insurance, and Andrew skillfully articulated why doing so was actually cost effective. We ended the experience with an outstanding demonstration of the car and it's features from Justin Smith. His knowledge of our particular model's features and engineering was was impressive. The overall experience was outstanding, and we couldn't feel better about joining the Leikin team for our first Mercedes. I have no doubt it will be the first of many with them. More
