I had already done my research on the vehicle I wanted but his knowledge of the specs was very impressive. From the safety features down to what every little feature added to the luxury the brand offers. In the past I have noticed that most dealerships just want the sale and the product knowledge has seemed to be a dissapating talent. Not here. Upon leaving I had acquired some much more knowledge of my new vehicle along with a comfort knowing things were taken care of. Even after the sale was completed he still took the time to ensure that I was integrated into the vehicles assitance programs down to even obtaining a trial with Siri XM radio.
