This was my first time going thru the car buying process on my own and he answered all of my questions willingly and explained every d salesman ever! Mohamed helped me find a vehicle that included each and every feature I wanted in my dream car. The car had to be sent to Ohio from another state and he made that happen without a hassle. He even connected me with the financial department, when at first I was reluctant to speak with them, to add necessary warranty packages to my purchases to ensure that my new vehicle is covered from front to back, inside and out. When I arrived to purchase my car Mohamed set up a grand reveal. The car had a red bow on it which I requested, but he made it even more special by setting up a special congratulations sign with my name on, a cake because it was my birthday (by the way the cake was AMAZING), and balloons!.
