Nice people but slow service & slower communication about it Regular maintenance/ service shouldn't take long, but for some reason, it does here. Expensive rates for work performed. We were charged $819 in labor to basically change the fluids in my car. Add in another $650 in parts and the bill was over $1500. The labor charge was excessive for the work that was needed to be done. I have had issues in the past on a commercial vehicle. Outrageous charges. I have complained continuously with little response. Will not be going back to the service department of MB in White Plains. More
