Trade in of S550 and purchase of 2019 E450 Wagon I want to thank Ardit Shabi, Dave Uva and Jose Castilla. I purchased a CPO 2015 S550 in January 2017 from MB Nanuet ( a very good experience as we I want to thank Ardit Shabi, Dave Uva and Jose Castilla. I purchased a CPO 2015 S550 in January 2017 from MB Nanuet ( a very good experience as well). It was my seventh Mercedes in about 14 years. While the car was a technological and driving marvel, it was a terrible disappointment due to the unreliability of the rims. I babied the car and still had three cracked rims and two bent rims in 1 year and under 9000 miles. The car was in the shop for about 40 days out of the year. As a result of these issues I decided I could not keep the car and was about to leave the brand. Mercedes corporate helped offset some of the financial impact with a customer loyalty credit, which allowed me to buy my 8th Mercedes- - a 2019 E450 S4 Wagon. I took delivery Jan 31. Even more important than the loyalty credit was the work of Ardit, Dave and Jose at White Plains. I have been a customer of White Plains since my first C300. First, even though I bought the S550 at another dealer, Jose in service treated me as if I purchased the car at White Plains and took my situation personally. He took care of all my issues. Jose was amazing and is an asset to the service department. Second, when I made the decision that owning the S was making my life more stressful (not what I need –especially when I thought I had purchased my dream car), Ardit and Dave bent over backwards to get a deal done and keep me and my wife happy and as MB customers. Ardit and Dave understood that I was about to leave the brand and that I was taking a significant financial hit on the S550. They did everything in their power to reduce the impact (though it was still significant) and make the economics of the new car work. The result is we got the new car, an extended warranty (as we plan to keep it), wheel insurance and a special paint and interior protection treatment. Thanks to these guys I remain a loyal MB customer and a loyal White Plains MB customer. It is easy to complain, but more rewarding to write something nice. Ardit, Dave and Jose and the overall service provided at MB White Plains are exceptional. BTW, drove the car about 120 miles first day i had it. AMAZING!. More

I drove about an hour and 15 min to White Plains from northern NJ on a Friday afternoon. Josh answered every one of my long list of questions and prepared the majority of the paperwork ahead of time. This allowed me to check out the car, test drive it, sign the paperwork, and get back home. Joseph Prudente was just as nice, professional, and patient with me when figuring out the financing. I purchased a beautiful CPO C300 that had a small spot on the white seat. Josh assured me they would take care of it when before I left the dealership. Josh coordinated with their service department to make sure they took care of it. The service department drove down to get my car, leave me a loner, fix the seat, and return my car when it was complete. It looks brand new! This is the 3rd Mercedes My wife and I have purchased within the last 7 years. Each one from a different dealership. Josh and Joseph made this far and away the best purchase experience yet. From now on, when I think of first class service, I will think of Josh and his team in White Plains. When I buy my next car, I will certainly check with Josh first. More
