Service Department Called with a question regarding wiper blade replacement. Put on hold for 5 minutes. My vehicle was serviced here several months ago. I was charged for new wipers under my pre-paid agreement. Wiper blades are now essentially useless several months later. Was told by person answering the phone that I would either need to pay for new ones or wait until my next scheduled service. I was also told by the person answering the phone no warranty on wipers. I eventually heard from the gentleman who oversees the entire service department and the issue was solved with replacement wipers. More
