Excellent service for an out-of-state purchase! My wife and I were looking at MB GL63s across the country and found one we liked at MB of White Plains. We live outside of Washington DC. We wanted My wife and I were looking at MB GL63s across the country and found one we liked at MB of White Plains. We live outside of Washington DC. We wanted to trade-in our car but weren't sure how that would be possible since we lived out of state. Alex Antigua was our salesperson he made the purchase of the GL63 as well as the trade-in of our car a painless experience. He actually flew down to DC to pick up our car and drove it back! Alex was extremely thorough, detailed, responsive, and friendly and put customer service first. I decided to fly to NYC to pick up my new car even though Alex gave me shipping options. Alex picked me up at the airport and we completed the transaction in mere minutes. Even though the dealership was closed, he and Christina Alonge stayed afterwards and demonstrated the features of the car and made sure I was comfortable as I would be driving back to DC later that evening. In summary, I had a fantastic buying experience at MB of White Plains and Alex Antigua. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and hope to continue a business relationship for many years to come.
