He clearly explained each and every package option available even quoting the payment plans for each! I can't imagine doing this over an over again for each customer! He was so patient-even encouraging me to ask questions! Youssef brought everything together at the end, made the whole process seemless! I am thankful for youssef's knowledge and experience in this area. It can be quite intimidating for a single girl to walk into a dealership of this caliber but Youssef, along with this company's wonderful team of associates create an inviting and professional atmosphere. Hands down the best car experience ever and I love my new car that even named it "Butter" because of the smooth richness of the ride. Everyone should feel this special when purchasing a new vehicle. No one responded for repair pick up for the entire Friday I bought two cars from here. The sales experience was good. However, when I bring the car back for repair. It takes forever to reach the service person and the shop is only open from Mon-Friday and the person is not in office on Friday and we ended up not able to pick up the car for the weekend. No one answers for the repair for the entire Friday despite we left multiple voice mail and sent emails. More
