David, the General Sales Manager, was amazing to work with and my sales rep Tom took care of all the details (insurance, registration, etc.) to make the process of picking up the car super easy. They gave me a great price and an even better offer for my trade-in. David even went out of his way to email me to confirm details of what I wanted so everything was ready for me when I came to pick up the vehicle a few days later. On delivery day, I was running late because of appointments that ran longer than anticipated and got to the dealership less than 30 mins before closing. All the paperwork was drawn up and ready for me to sign and the finance manager Joe was super efficient, yet thorough, making sure to explain what all the fine print meant. Before I knew it, Tom had put my plates on the new GLE and had the keys ready for me. The whole process was enjoyable from beginning to to end. Case in Point, I had a service appt Fri., my inspection sticker was expiring in the next day, my registration was not in the glove compartment and what was I to do?!!?
