Great dealership!!! First of all, I want to say that I don't live near MB White Plains. There are at least 10 other MB dealers closer to me. I consider myself an experienced car buyer, and have visited many dealerships over the years and observed how each one of them treats customers. MB WP is truly a nice find, which is proven by their ratings here. I decided to buy from MB WP, not only because they gave me a great deal, but also their willingness to work with me to find the car I wanted with the specific specs. Since the 2016 GLC just came out less than a month ago, the cars were selling like hot cakes, so it was not an easy task to find one. Christina Alonge was my sales rep and Kelly Cochrane was the sales manager. Both were very professional and, throughout the negotiation process (it was long and hard), they continued to treat me with the utmost respect. Christina and Kelly are truly valuable assets to the MB WP organization. Christina was very persistent and worked really hard to make the deal happen. At the end, she was able to swap the car from another dealership a few states over and have it ready for delivery right before my family trip over the holidays. It was much appreciated. Christian Quiroz from the Parts department was also great and very professional. In summary, it was a very pleasant experience for my very first MB purchase and I am glad I did with MB White Plains! More

Creating Customer Loyalty by Restoring a bad Experience I am a Mercedes Benz customer since 1996; I was trying to introduce MB great service and durable products to my son, Anthony (20 years old bragging ab I am a Mercedes Benz customer since 1996; I was trying to introduce MB great service and durable products to my son, Anthony (20 years old bragging about BMW). Unfortunately, Michael Livia proved me wrong that day that I visited the MB of White Plains. Most Horrible and Unprofessional Experience I had never anticipated to endure. Michael refused to meet with me and my son claiming that he is busy, Carla set-up the appointment and followed up to confirm. Arrived 5 min. before my appointment (1:00 P.M. August 21, 2015), was greeted at the front desk and asked to have a seat. Michael was standing at the corner with couple sales persons chatting and they look like they are getting ready to go to lunch. The front desk person approached me saying that Michael is busy can someone else help me. It was such an embarrassing moment in front of my son; I refused and departed with a horrible feeling. It took me 3 months to convince Anthony that Mercedes Benz exceeds other brands in service and durability. Last Saturday he just got his first MB (Amazing Heads-up display) along with mush respect and courtesy from another location. I have promised the sales person to send a letter to MB to compare my experience with the two dealerships. I only decided to visit this dealership because of Carla's tremendous way of follow-up and courtesy. (Thank you Carla*****) Carla has made every possible efforts to apologize for this incident, unfortunately, I didn't feel like talking about it any longer. Also she congratulated me on the New purchase along with her best wishes that Anthony to enjoy his new toy. Also I was contacted by Raymond Costello to follow up with my visit along with a million apologies for the misunderstanding. In order for him to restore the image for the sales department and the service he invited Anthony to visit the dealership for any and all future services required. We took his offer seriously and Anthony brought his new car for New York inspection and Raymond has demonstrated the ultimate courtesy for the visit and provided Anthony with super-class accommodations and introduced him to some of his great staff members in both the sales and service department. This was a total restoration to the relationship and the good faith of the White Plains dealership. We will return in the future for any need to White Plain's dealership after believing that this incident was a single misfortune that clearly will not occur again. Thank you Raymond Costello and Carla Dalling for making White Plains dealership a unique experience and place to provide the ultimate service in creating customer loyalty. More
