Shifting Issues, General Service, Gas Flap, Bluetooth It's relatively sad that I am writing this review because between my wife and I, we have bought roughly 7 or 8 Cars from this dealer. The Service de It's relatively sad that I am writing this review because between my wife and I, we have bought roughly 7 or 8 Cars from this dealer. The Service department never lives up to the sales department. We have had multiple problems with the cars not being washed. One time the service person told my wife that I drove with the technician and couldn't recreate the problem. The fact was that I dropped the car off and then had to go back to meet with them again because they fixed the downshifting error with the vehicle. I was given a loaner vehicle that was almost empty and not vacuumed out after it came back to the service shop. If it wasn't for the fact that this service station wasn't 5 miles from my house, I wouldn't have given them so many chances. I can believe that this place is there high standard for Mercedes, how bad are the other ones? More
