Best ever! No matter how many times I drive in without an appointment Eric makes me feel like I am the most important customer. No matter what the issue, big or No matter how many times I drive in without an appointment Eric makes me feel like I am the most important customer. No matter what the issue, big or small, Eric is always there to help. He takes the time to listen and then explains the solution in understandable terms. I have 2 older Mercedes that both broke down and had to be towed on the same day. Eric had a loaner and a hug waiting when I got driven there. He is an invaluable asset! More
