For years, and persisting to date there is an overall tone of arrogance starting with whover answers the phone, and including salesmen, service writers, porters and cashiers. These people must have a terrific business to treat their customers so badly and still make money. I will (and have) drive an extra 25 miles to Estate or Greenwich to get away from them. service advistor wrote up the order sheet on top of the car hood. they should use a clip board not use a customer's car as a writing area. they put on the wrong wipter blade on the car. had to wait 15+ min car hood. they should use a clip board not use a customer's car as a writing area. they put on the wrong wipter blade on the car. had to wait 15+ min for them to pull around the car, bad communication maybe. they pull up the car very aggressively like they dont care about your car. im not sure if they are lacking because of being very busy but they definitely need improvement. unbecoming of a premium brand service center.
