The transaction of purchasing my car was a night mare, I had to go twice to DMV to straight out the mess this dealer did with my plates, DMW didn't understand why a customer had to do that when the dealer was supposed take care of all the paper work, DMV was very helpful and one of the manager helped me since he felt pretty bad about it. In addition, my mats arrived two months later after I purchased my car, after many calls and emails. I feel that the transaction had misleading information, and lack of information to the client.
