We went to MB White PLains to look at a new car. The dealership was friendly and spotless. We were directed to a sales asscoaite, Jennifer Magnan who explained the various difference between the 2 card dealership was friendly and spotless. We then went out on a test drive and had various features explained to us. When we got back, we went over price and were done! No hondling, no hard sell. We then met with the finance manager, who also did not try to sell us a lot of up accessories. The car was delivered within the week. The delaer took care of the insurance and plates without a hitch. Delivery was quick and informative. Later that day, we called for additional bad weather mats for the car and trunk and were able to get them right away. All in all, a great expereince. More
