Thomas worked with me and the dealership, as well as Mercedes corporate to rectify the situation and sell me a used mercees for the winter; as I disn't want an SL 63 in December. Then arranged for the purchase of the car I now own, a 2011 SL 63, which has long been my dream car. Mercedes Benz has a reputation, and I walked in with certain expectations in terms of service, and all of them were met or exceeded. Part of owning a luxury car should be luxury service, and WP Mercedes delivers. The car was great, price unbeatable, and even my short experience with Gerald in parts (I ordered the Media Interface Plus, highly recommend it) was spectacular. He took the time to print me out detailed instructions on installing the part. I can't recommend this dealership enough nor Mr. Campbell. If you want a relaxed atmosphere and top-notch attention to detail, this is the place to go, bar none. They truly live up to the Mercedes aura, right down to their immaculately polished showroom floor. More
