In all honesty, I called to speak with the sales person who took care of me with our previous purchase, only to find out he no longer worked there. I then called the dealership and I was transfered to Lenny Salvaore. From the moment I spoke with him he was professional, curteous and very personable. He answered all my questions and was vert informative on the car. I have already recommended his name to a family member. More
This is by far the worst customer service I've experienced so far in my lifetime. I would also like to add that I have two relatives that, after driving my vehicle, fell in love with Mercedes Benz and have decided to purchase a CPO vehicle. Although they live in Valhalla New York, I've told them it would be best NOT to do business that would employ the likes of Mr.Watson. And I promise to spread this message to anyone willing to listen. *****Update June 10,2011***** Bravo to John D. and Chris T!!! These gentlemen picked up the previously dropped ball and went above and beyond what I expected in resolving my issues and quelling my frustration. They changed my opinion and confirmed that I was a valued customer. My vehicle is running perfectly and I will not hesitate to take it back to the White Plains service center for all scheduled maintainence and service. I will definitely take my family there when they are ready to purchase. More

My review is based upon my recent lease for a E350 from MB of WP. The dealership was clean and welcoming. The sales associate was very helpful in describing the vehicles features and suggesting appropriate MB of WP. The dealership was clean and welcoming. When picking up the vehicle the sales associate spent the time to explain all the operational features and set up the basic systems for us - telephone pairing, music, and garage door opener operation. I would recommend the dealership as a "must" visit if in the market for a MB. More
We just leased a new Mercedes ML 350 from your dealership. As soon as we drove the car off the lot, we heard a fluttering sound. However, we were less than happy with our salesman. He mislead us and lied to us. We said that we loved the beep guidance system at the front, side and back of our Mercedes ML350 that we were returning. When we asked Peter what parktronics is, he said it automatically parks the car and very few people have it. Since we said we loved the alert system which we did not realize was called parktronics, we did not realize that Peter ignored our 10 minute discussion how we loved and needed it in the next car. This was because he did not have a car in his inventory or nearby to meet this request. As you can imagine, we were VERY DISAPPOINTED when we received the car and the alert system was not part of it. Peter Makaj mislead us. We called Peter right after we drove off the lot and said to him what is going on. His reply was "too late." Of course, we would never have accepted the car if we knew that the alert system and parktronics are the same. BY the way, lots of people use parktronics, so once again Peter mislead us. More

I felt very comfortable from the moment I first entered the dealership. The staff was extremely accomodating and helpful in every way.
