After visiting a few other more local dealers looking for the right combination of colors/options, I decided to give MB White Plains a call. While on the phone he located a GL450 that was perfectly optioned for us, and in our first choice of colors. He said he could have it in a couple of days if we wanted it. We proceeded to agree on a price including a conquest incentive, and then Bobby took it upon himself to go through a list of alternative incentives that we might be eligible for. In doing so, Bobby found an incentive that we had no idea about that turned out to be more valuable than the conquest offer. Rather than trying to change the pricing terms on us at that point, Bobby simply swapped the value of the incentives into the price without me having to say anything other than "thank you very much for finding that". The rest of the transaction went smoothly and we exchanged a few phone calls and emails over the next few days. Delivery was smooth, and he very diligently went through all of the features with us, including many of the "tricks" (for those of you who haven't owned MB cars before, there are often little engineering marvals hidden in the 500 page owner's manual that are good to know, but tough to find) -- this shows how well he knows the products he sells. The car was delivered clean and trouble free, and Bobby was an absolute professional from the first time we spoke on the phone, through the few calls/emails back and forth on the lease application and the insurance, and when we finally met for the delivery. He followed through on every single request or comment we made, even if it is something we just happened to mention in passing. This was hands down the easiest and least stressful auto purchase I have ever made! I'd highly recommend Bobby and this dealership. More
